A strong pale ale with Styrian Dragon and Simcoe
We wanted to make a beer that could showcase some hops we love but without the intensity of an IPA. This is our IPA “gateway drug” to helping people love hoppy beers as much as we do. Styrian Dragon is a new hop from Slovenia that gives the beer a taste of fresh berries and the smell of fresh grass. Simcoe is a well-loved US varietal that adds a touch of dank and citrus, lending a beautiful aroma. We polish it off with a couple other European and US hops to make a truly “Trans-Atlantic” beer.
