Blood Orange IPA
Hazy, deep gold, and overflowing with flavors of citrus and tropical fruits. Mondello is named after a popular beach in Sicily, the home of blood oranges. We add just enough blood orange puree to the beer to give it an extra citrusy kick, but most of the flavor in this beer comes from the hops: a blend of El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Triskel. To us it tastes like sunshine in a glass.
